M/s. Rote Brothers founder Late Shri. Ganpatrao M. Rote , born in the year 1919, came from a small village called Satarde. At a very small age G.M Rote along with his parents travelled from his village and settled in Kolhapur, situated in southern Maharashtra State.

Due to early loss of his father he could complete his education till 7th standard only. Although he studied only till 7th, he was a very bright and sincere student in the school.

Religious - Social - Educational Work

Late Shri. Ganpatrao M. Rote was one of the founder members “Mahavir College”. Because of his immense initiative, guidance, help & donations, junior college was named by his elder brother as “B. M. ROTE JUNIOR COLLEGE”. This educational institute’s library was named by his mother as “MATOSHRI RUKMINIBAI M. ROTE LIBRARY” & recently B. Ed College building was named after him as “GANPATRAO M. ROTE SHIKSHAN BHAWAN”.​

G. M. Rote worked successfully as treasurer in “BAHUBALI BRAMHACHARYA ASHRAM, BAHUBALI” for over 25 years, in which education and residential facilities are given to poor and needful children.​

G. M. Rote maintained & restored many old Jain Mandir’s

Jinratna G. Rote is currently member and vice-chairman of “PARSHWANATH BRAMACHARYA ASHRAM, STAVANIDHI (NIPANI ,KARNATAKA STATE)” which is an educational institute providing education upto graduation and residential facilities to very poor & needful children.

 

Jinratna G. Rote is also vice-chairman at “ANTARBHARTI SHIKSHAN SANSTHA, KOLHAPUR” which is also an educational institution for the poor and needful children.

Dr. Sushma G. Rote has done Ph.D in “PRAKRUT LANGUAGE” & runs her educational institution named “JAIN VIDYA SHODH SANSTAN” in which students are taught and guided in “JAIN PHILOSOPHY & PRAKRUT LANGUAGE”.​
